I am honored to receive the IMMEP scholarship, and it will help me greatly as I finish my college career. As a rising senior attending Purdue University, I am excited to enter the workforce in the upcoming year and work as a construction engineer on heavy civil projects. In my past years at Purdue, I have been involved in various clubs on campus, such as Women in Engineering at Purdue, Women in Construction at Purdue, CEMentors, and Engineering Your Major. I have enjoyed helping grow confidence and important life skills in myself and others through these clubs. In my spare time, I enjoy doing outdoors activities such as hiking, running, kayaking, and swimming, especially with the good company of my friends and family.
